Terms & Conditions
- A signed copy of the terms and conditions will form the basis of the contract between La Bela and the client.
- These documents are to be returned to La Bela upon acceptance of the quote.
CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
- Upon acceptance of a quote, the client is required to pay 50% of the entire quote if he / she wishes to secure the date / booking for the event or to avoid a market related price escalation. 10% of this deposit is a non refundable amount in event of cancellation at any stage.
- The total balance due is to be made twelve (12) days before the event.
- If a booking is made less than 2 weeks before the event, the full payment will be required.
- Due dates for payment must be strictly adhered to, to avoid cancellation of the booking.
- La Bela reserves the right to cancel any bookings without notice and / or liability to the client, should the prerequisite not be met by the specified dates.
- If coordination is needed for pre event and on the day then price will be quoted according to duration and size of the event.
BREAKAGES, DAMAGES AND MISSING HIRED ITEMS
- Any items hired or rented by La Bela and utilised by the client for said event, are to be returned in the same manner in which they arrived.
- Any damages or loss of rentals due to venue staff or guests will be for the clients account and payment will be according to cost of item misplaced.
CANCELLATIONS
- In the event of a cancellation, La Bela reserves the right to retain any amounts paid prior to the event.
- A 40% refund will be given if a function is cancelled 15 days before the event.
- No refund will be given if the event is cancelled less than 10 days prior the event.
